Business Continuity Plan

JSB-Partners, LP maintains a detailed business continuity plan that is reviewed and modified as needed and updated annually. JSB has several back-up relationships in place, and will continue to operate in the event of any interruption or disruption to its business. JSB expects to recover from business disruptions to the building, the business district, the city, or the whole region in a timely manner and resume business. Our plan includes detailed information regarding alternate work locations, alternate forms of communication, data back-up and recovery, critical relationships such as accounting, banking, email storage supplier, and regulatory reporting.

JSB personnel have been equipped with various communications devices such as mobile phones, personal digital assistants, and laptop computers to facilitate communication during a disruption.

Since the plan is subject to ongoing review there will be updates sent out annually and periodically.
